Tourist Info-point, Iguazu National Park

The project is located in the Iguazu National Park in the province of Misiones. The climate that characterizes this region is hot and humid - subtropical - with no dry season.
 

According to climate analysis, the design guidelines try to ensure good sun protection and cross ventilation in summer, at the same time, enough isolation and appropriate solar gain in winter. Passive design strategies and guidelines are used to create open building sets to allow a good ventilation.

The local vegetation used is characterized by high stem that allows air circulation. The main goal is to improve the favorable aspects of climate characteristics and to protect from the unfavorable ones, rationally using natural sources and energy resources.
