The project is developed to integrate the tower building into the entire system of the existing master plan.The public spaces on the ground floor are connected with ramps and half covered generating articulated spaces that create different architectural situations. The architectural shape of the tower was created to answer the needs of the functional program of an advertising agency.

The basement hosts public functions, such as shops, auditorium, exhibition spaces, museum and library.The tower is developed with a curtain-wall treatment of the façade aimed to characteri- ze the different main creative sectors of the advertising agency corrisponding to the inside double height spaces.
